Sandy's Television & Appliance

This place is pathetic. I talked to Sandy , so he said about purchasing a T.V. I had a few additional questions and left him a voicemail. I expressed to him that I wanted to see the T.V. before I purchased it. Would there be a store that I could go to to see it. The T.V. has a 3 year warranty on it. I said could I get something better than 3 years. Never even bothered to call me back. When people get older their customer service deteriorates. Just retire.

Sandy is an old-school gentleman. When we moved to Wolcott, he helped install our televisions, and pointed us to other service providers in the area. We have since purchased five major appliances from him. His installation staff is always polite, neat, and thorough. Our recent purchase of a dryer required many additional hours of work since it was stacked in a closet. No problem! Service is never a problem either Sandy’s is always quick to respond.

If you’re even thinking about buying an appliance from a big box store, just STOP and call Sandy’s!! Both Sandy and Aldo guided us through the process of deciding which washer & dryer were the best fit for our home. Delivery was scheduled promptly and I cannot say enough about the team (Nestor, Mike and Nick) that provided the removal of our old washer & dryer and the installation of our new GE washer & dryer. The installation wasn’t without its challenges, but we were assured that everything would work out just fine…and it did! The team was professional, meticulous, friendly and very helpful in summoning both a plumber and electrician to accommodate our unexpected needs. It is this kind of service, provided by Sandy’s, that is everything you cannot find at the big box stores. We would highly recommend Sandy’s for all of your home appliance needs! John & Jody

Purchased a large refrigerator. It was no small feat getting our old one out and the new one in. The 2 gentleman that delivered it were fabulous! Very professional and thorough. Got it in with no damage to the appliance or my house. Took their time to do it right and made sure that it was level and the water line was hooked up properly.
