I was incredibly frustrated by the manufacturer's poor quality, but Kyle stepped in and saved the day. He was incredibly empathetic, friendly, and fast. He went above and beyond to diagnose the issues, match pricing from two years ago, and even get replacement parts ordered for free. He followed up with me constantly so I never felt left in the dark. A few years ago, when we moved into a new build, we needed to purchase all of our appliances. I initially checked out some of the big box stores thinking I could save a few dollars, but that really wasn’t the case.
