**1 star – Complete Rip-Off: Sold Non-Existent & Broken Appliances, Then Refused to Refund** I wish my husband had read reviews before stepping foot in Complete Rehab Solutions in West Haven. On January 28, 2026 he paid $2,127 for two Speed Queen washers and one electric dryer. They assured him the appliances were tested and fully functional liquidation stock. Instead he got: - Charged for a dryer they didn’t even own or have in stock at the time of purchase. - A few days later they delivered a filthy, rusted, lint-packed unit that wouldn’t run — only made a useless ticking/humming sound. He sent them video proof and returned it the same day. - One washer was squeaky and the wrong model; they swapped it, but the trust was already shattered. - Repeated text promises to email an itemized receipt (because their “machine was down”) that were never kept — still no receipt weeks later. He asked for a full cash refund right away. Their only response? An insulting $500 store credit for the broken dryer they sold him. No cash back, no exceptions — just forcing us to spend more money with them if we wanted any of our own money back. They hid behind a waiver like it magically excuses selling misrepresented and defective goods. This is textbook bait-and-switch. My husband filed a formal dispute with Bank of America under the Fair Credit Billing Act for not-as-described, defective merchandise, and goods not received as promised. The merchant still refused to make it right through the end of February. Please save yourself (and your family) the stress and money — do not buy anything from this place. They will take your payment for items they don’t actually have, deliver broken junk, ignore their promises, and trap your cash in useless store credit. Shop somewhere else for appliances.

1 star – **Buyer Beware: Charged for Non-Existent Dryer, Delivered Broken Junk, No Real Refund** Complete Rehab Solutions in West Haven turned what should’ve been a straightforward appliance buy into a total nightmare. January 28, 2026: I handed over $2,127 for two Speed Queen washers and an electric dryer, sold as tested and working liquidation units. Reality check: - They charged me upfront for the dryer… which they didn’t have in stock. A few days later, they delivered a rusty, lint-choked disaster that wouldn’t even spin—just hummed and ticked uselessly. I returned it right away with video proof. - One washer arrived squeaky and wrong; they swapped it, but the damage was done. - Endless text promises for an itemized receipt (their “machine was down”)—nothing ever came, not even by late February. I demanded a full cash refund immediately. Their answer? Hard no. Only a $500 store credit for the worthless dryer they pawned off—trapping the rest of my money unless I shopped there again. They leaned on some waiver like it excuses selling misrepresented or nonexistent goods. This isn’t liquidation quirks; it’s deceptive sales. I filed a full dispute with Bank of America under the Fair Credit Billing Act (defective/not as described/goods not received). They kept refusing resolution. Avoid this place at all costs. If they’ll take your money for appliances they don’t have, hand you broken substitutes, ghost on basic promises, and refuse proper refunds—go elsewhere. Your wallet will thank you.
