Kyle is a honest hardworking technician. I also have to mention Kal who has a dynamic and friendly personality. He is a hardworking person who removed the heating and A/C floor unit @ the nursing home I live in.He did this with a positive attitude and care for the surroundings. Then JD arrived the next day and removed and installed new wiring and controls.He did this without complaining about the old birds nest of wiring.I witnessed the mess he inherited and how he left a masterpiece. I have a degree in Electrical Engineering however JD knows more about electricity than I do.If I graded this company I would give these guys an A . The leadership group and the staff that answers the phone I would give a C-.
