Andres is a most helpful sales person with my replacement of our old Broan Best PK22 range hood. After visiting two local appliances stores in Thornwood and Mount Kisco NY, I came to Richard & Son and Andres helped me find the best replacement model as PK22 was out of production. Andres also helped to arrange the survey, then ordering, delivering and installation of the new range hood. He was very attentive and dedicated throughout managing the whole process, including responding over his vacation on SMS. thumbs up for this great experience!

Very helpful salesperson. Went with a friend who was buying several appliances. Salesperson showed her exactly what she was looking for and did not oversell. Spent a lot of time with her. Great prices. Much less crowded than Yonkers location. Highly recommend.
