Jose is the best. Great communication and knowledge of Thermador appliances. We had a minor issue with a dishwasher. Fixed in a minute. Our double wall oven was installed and has a high pitch noise when it gets up to temp. Jose evaluated which fan needs to be replaced and will order the part and install asap. Also...Cindy is amazing and helped get the ball rolling. Very grateful to work with true pros
