I highly recommend this company. Another company told me on the phone that I may as well replace my refrigerator as “they’re only made to last 7 yrs.” This company had great communication, telling me what diagnosis would cost (reasonable) and was able to quickly determine problem and fix it (repair cost also reasonable). Came when they said they’d be here, very polite, great local small business.

The maintenance gentleman you sent was extremely professional and informed me of all the information that I needed. He did a wonderful job. However, calling this morning and using an automated response I never heard back from your company for an hour then I had a call back to confirm that somebody was coming today. I thought I would’ve received a text message during the week as a reminder of my appointment. I had it in my schedule. I wasn’t sure if you had it in your schedule cause nobody ever reached out to me during the week and it took an hour the day of the appointment to get somebody to confirm that yes somebody was coming over. That was my only issue. Otherwise the person who came over was excellent.

I had a good experience with Deon, he seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. I just scheduled another appointment to fix my dishwasher. Prices are a bit high, but comparable to the competition. Overall five stars.

I contacted a third-party appliance service today regarding my washer, which was not spinning or sensing. They responded promptly and resolved the issue right away. No parts were needed, and their pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
