She also helped us thoughtfully put together an appliance package that fits our project perfectly. My experience with Marco Barallon and his team at Clarke living was fantastic. Every team member I interacted with was professional, respectful, and attentive to my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, helping me choose the perfect appliances based on my needs and guiding me through the design process. His knack for every detail is impressive. His guidance on the installation of cabinets and how the appliance should be fitted in the cabinet for a finished look was spot on. Since I was very interested in buying a convection steam oven but was not sure if my daily Indian recipes would come out great using this steam oven, Mr.Ballaron made arrangements with their on-site Chef Jonathan to try out my recipes and then called me to tryout cooking the Indian recipes together with Chef Jonathan, so I could see the end result. Chef Jonathan also explained the various functions and how to operate the steam oven. All this helped me decide that steam oven would be perfect for my kitchen. What a wonderful experience we had when we visited Clarke Showroom! The showroom itself is beautiful, but we really appreciated the time and attention we received. Uschi was so knowledgeable and demonstrated how to use some of the appliances we were interested in. We tried out some of the appliances as Uschi taught us quite a bit about the products. We met with her over an hour and never felt rushed. I also appreciated the delicious Americano made with the coffee station. I highly recommend visiting Clarke if you're planning on purchasing high end appliances.
