From beginning to end, a great experience. Ordered a full package with Desiree, she was great. Appliances came in quickly and was put right on schedule. Jonah and Tanner came and dropped them off, both of them were professional and really invested in making sure floors, door ways and appliances all were not damaged. Wouldn’t shop elsewhere. 10/10

My experience with Ferrari’s in Naugatuck was extremely easy from start to finish. Every employee I came in contact with was pleasant to talk to, helpful and efficient also. The delivery and repair personnel who dealt with removing and installing washing machines were friendly and respectful of my residence and patient with all my questions. Dashaun was especially hard-working, spending a considerable amount of time finding the problem with my older washer. I am impressed with this local business and will surely come back to them for future needs.

I had a fridge scheduled to be replaced today and had the pleasure of working with Josh and his colleague. The old fridge was quite large and tricky to remove due to the tight doorway, but with Josh’s patience and determination, they managed to get it out safely. They then easily installed the new, smaller fridge which is now running great, thanks again for the great work!
