We had a fabulous experience working with Foucaults. Lori was terrific, and even offered us a loaner fridge as ours was broken. The fridge we purchased was less expensive than competitors, including on line retailers and big box stores. The fridge arrived ahead of schedule and Charlie and his team did an outstanding job with the installation and removal of the old fridge.

I recently purchased a washer machine from Foucault's. Everything was great, from the greeting at the front door, to the salesperson assisting me to select the right machine and to the delivery service. The team making the delivery were knowledgeable and experienced. They setup my new machine and took away the old one with no extra charge. It was a much better experience than dealing with one of the box stores. I highly recommend Foucault's Furniture Appliance.

Foucault's is the exact reason to avoid all the big box stores for your appliances. They offer good old town personal service. They know the ins and outs of everything they sell and stand behind it. Best of all they service what they sell. They deliver quickly and install using their own employees who are super professional and simply likable folks. I would never consider going elsewhere. What an absolutely amazing experience!! Recently, I was helping my mom get a new microwave from afar. Found out that she had purchased all her appliances for her home over the years at Foucault’s. Now I know why! These folks are incredible! This is how businesses ought to be done! Christine was so professional, knowledgeable, helpful and so kind and personable! She was able to arrange everything from payment to installation in a flash–and this was just prior to the July 4th holiday! My mom had her appliance within a few days of ordering! Not only was she outstanding in every way, but so were the installers! They installed the new microwave in minutes and cleaned up as if they weren’t even there! They had a wonderful sense of humor and worth ethic! This business deserves the highest of accolades! If you need an appliance in the greater Wallingford area–look no further! This is your place! You won’t be disappointed!

We were happy with our experience with Foucault’s Furniture Appliance. We worked mostly with Lorianne, who was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She patiently showed us numerous appliances in their showroom, and explained their features. She suggested that we consider one line of appliances in order to receive a rebate, and we followed that good advice. The workers efficiently installed the new appliances and removed the old ones. We were pleased with the pricing, which was quite competitive. And we got a nice rebate from Frigidaire.
