I called DJS today (Saturday) and spoke with Kal, explained the issues with my refrigerator; he provided with the cost to come out and diagnose the problem. The cost was extremely reasonable. I scheduled the appointment and Kal was at my house within 35 minutes. He came in, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided me with a price to fix it which again was very reasonable. I agreed with the price and in less than an hour my fridge/freezer was working. Kal was professional, a good communicator explaining the issues and really good guy. I’m happy that I choose DJS and will use them for any future issues with my appliances and HVAC work.

Dryer belt broke this afternoon. Searched Google, found DJS Central AC Repair, as it also listed dryer repair, and they had great reviews. Kal answered the phone right away and said he could come out within the hour. This was great, because it was late in the day. He arrived when he said he would, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the parts and was able to repair the dryer. We really appreciated his help and expertise, and he did not try to take advantage of our situation. He made the whole process feel easy. Thank you, Kal!! We will keep his information on hand, for any future appliance repairs and highly recommend his services.

HORRIBLE!!! Yes - CAL replaced the 2 parts that I needed in my dryer, a dial and a timer. They are basically just unplug the old and plug the new ones in! No problem. It was the whole Service Call that was a regular nightmare! My mistake was to let him come here when he gave me the quote of $125 just to come and assess, especially when I already knew the problem. Not only that but another company would have only charged $89 for that. When I told Cal he started to compare himself to a good doctor. I had him stop as soon as possible. I hate false sales pitches. I'm not THAT stupid! He had to order the parts of course but made an appointment to return in 2 days at a specific time to do the work. That day and time came and no word from Cal. Then when I called him he said he would call when the parts came in later in the day. He did. So I asked when he was going to be here to install them. He gave me a time frame that started 1 hour away from the call and went for 2 hours (like 3-5). When he showed up he came right in, went straight to the task, and completed it. He was done in less than a half hour. Then, although I told him he had thrown the used parts into my recycling bin he said "they don't care". I have no clue who he was talking about because I know they won't take those! And to top it all off, when I went to the machine, I saw it had been left out of place and not in alignment with the washer as it had been before he started. I'm glad the job didn't involve more of a mess. I would NOT recommend this guy to my worst enemy. I am calling a different company for any other repairs that I might ever have.
