Ferguson Home

I purchased a tub from this company which was highly recommended by a friend who did a remodel recently. Very disappointing to see how my tub, two months after purchase, was showing signs of rust. The woman who took my call had very little customer service skills or barely understood English. They went on to contact the manufacturer and they kept forwarding me their emails to respond. Zero accountability from their part. Supposedly the tub is made of vinyl and no chance it would rust. Then they went on to say I had a bad installer. They didn’t even offer a reasonable resolution, let’s say it wasn’t installed correctly, I would think they would try to work with the client to resolve or offer a solution but no, this wasn’t the case. The manufacturer took zero responsibility and fergusons seemed to be accepting of that. Next time I’ll go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and pay a fraction of the price with a decent return/replacement policy. I will never buy from them again or refer anyone to them.

I think they are too busy to actually provide service to potential clients. I came into the store and mentioned that I was interested in purchasing appliances. The girl was talking on the phone for 20 minutes before she even agreed to speak with us. She took all the information and said she would send us a proposal, but of course she didn’t bother. If they don’t value a $30,000 appliance purchase, then I’m not sure how any other customer is being treated.

Just leaving the showroom now. No, I didn't make an appointment, I came in to buy. No one had time to help me. Everyone was too busy. Going to Fuse around the corner to place my order. 10k in plumbing for just one project. Building two 9k sq ft homes currently. Guess this company can be where I shop and since they are too busy, I'll buy from others. Thanks again Ferguson for dropping the ball. Too big to care.

Matthew Cvinar helped me tremendously with a bathroom faucet issue I’m having and he stepped right up the minute I walked in to help me and didn’t give up until he found a solution. I was seriously impressed and grateful for his attention and service. I truly appreciate it and I will direct anyone I know to this store because of him. A big thank you to Matthew and the other gentleman assisting us with more information. You have a customer for life. Keep it up, this is the way a store should be run.

I have purchased many items at Ferguson in both Charlotte, NC and Boca Raton,, FL. Frankly, I have found that the employees have not been customer friendly in both locations. However, they do have great selections, so I continued to use Ferguson despite the less than stellar attitudes. But today, my confidence in customer service at Ferguson Home in Boca Raton was restored. If you need to visit this location, ask for Matthew Cvinar. Not only is he knowledgeable about the different lines of products, he is friendly, warm and most helpful. I most appreciated his patience and his willingness to offer opinions about our selections. We will only work with Matthew going forward.
