To anyone who has owned , used or bought a fan 😆 Dan’s Fans has been my go to place for more years than I want to say 😁 I’m so glad I’ve had their lifetime warranty. I’ve used it twice over the many years. DERRICK SUYDAM is unbelievable amazing with his many years of experience and knowledge at Dans Fans, not to mention how he goes way beyond the call of duty. DERRICK is a special person ; this kind of customer service is almost unheard of anymore. He definitely knew how to handle me with patience and understanding; a good listener. Be very careful using this company. The fans are okay, but the installer was horrible. He's been a installing fans for them for a lot of years. The guy wanted to put up a burnt out light. telling us that its okay. We looked at him like he was crazy. It smelt burnt. The light fixture was no good. They finally gave us a new one, but we had to have somebody else to install it. so be very careful with Dan's fans.

My wife and I decided to go to a couple lighting and fans stores in the Daytona area. Goal was to look for 5 fans for our new home. Mike was the representative that answered our questions and steered us in the right direction. This store allows you to create your personalized/custom fan (pick the motor, fan fin style, length, color/finish, and light combination). Effectively giving you thousands of possible combinations. We went to another local store that gave us tons of Vendor books and the fans were essentially the same thing that you could do at Dan’s fan city. The prices at Dan’s were awesome for the convenience and options (1/3rd of the price too compared to the other place we went to that claimed they were “wholesale”). Install price of fans also very reasonable too. We are returning with our order soon! Great find and thanks Dan the fan man.
