Very disappointed, as many others money is tight I did my research when needing a washing machine and heard good things about Daytona appliances, it is close to my house . I went in the staff was friendly and delivery was same day. Problem is the washing machine quits mid cycle, changes load size on its own midcycle as well. I called last week to ask about repairs or exchange and was told someone would call me back , no phone call back. Called again today and was hung up on , called right back and went to voicemail ,left a message and still no call back. I should have paid the extra money and got a new one. Lesson learned. Never buy used.

Brandy and Ken were exceptional when it came to helping out our elderly neighbor Lee. They gave him a very fair deal and superior customer service once they realized where Lee was at…(and where we all may be in the future.. a bit uncertain, forgetful and senile for lack of better words) … Thank you Ken and Brandy !!! There should be a 10 star rating for Daytona Appliance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our whole family uses Daytona appliances for repairs and purchases. Texting with Brandy she helped explain everything And Smitty is really a wiz. He sweeps up and helps. Keep everything tidy. He’s very respectful of your property. We will use them again

The washer I bought at Daytona Appliances 2 years ago was having problems so I called for a repair. They sent the service person (Smitty)right out and the machine was fixed that day. Smitty fixed my washer and even swept the floor . I find Daytona Appliances a great local business, one I highly recommend.

Very polite people who offer great deals on working appliances. I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I bought a stove and they showed me it worked, gave me a limited warranty in case something happened with it, and helped me load it into my vehicle. What more can you ask for?
