Purchased a refrigerator for $200.00 it kept beeping and had a H displayed on the settings plus the freezer was forming ice as t the top of . So they brought another one out to replace and about a week later the freezer stopped working and they said I had to pay another $50 to come look at t it and I'm on a fixed income and disabled to do much especially on oxygen So I'm out of $250 plus no frozen food nomore lost all the meats I had

I got a washer and dryer set from them less than a month ago, these people are very unprofessional and act like they don’t care about there business. They never answer the phone and we have had multiple issues. Our first set stopped working completely after washing 2 loads of laundry, the 2nd set they broke the knob and came back hours later to replace it with a knob that doesn’t even go to this unit. We’ve had issues with the laundry detergent not dispensing into the clothes and we’ve let them know several time and they came out and “cleaned the lines” but that didn’t do nothing as the laundry detergent just stayed in the dispensing spot. They came out again and were very disrespectful. Proceeds to say over and over that he “swears to god we piss him off” at the fact HIS washer machine he sold us wasn’t working. Told us that it’s supposed to be like this as the laundry detergent “recycles itself” (never heard of that). Conclusion to all this, these people are very disrespectful and don’t know how to run a business. We will never use them nor will recommend them to anyone. If we have any more issues with this unit we WILL HE USING ANOTHER COMPANY.

I was initially frustrated because I was unable to get through by phone but all of the positive reviews compelled me to visit the store and I was treated very well and left with a great washing machine! They were having a phone issue that they were unaware of and now they have fixed it, I strongly recommend if you need a home appliance.

Went in there expecting to buy a new washer and the guy was upfront and honest telling me that I could spend about $35 to $40 to just fix my current washer. An that’s what I did. Washer went from not washing a load and draining to working like new. I appreciate him being upfront and honest and not just trying to make the money selling a new washer. Highly recommend for parts, labor and appliances. Very affordable
