Appliance Outlet Service and Repair

I chose this please because the reviews said they were reliable and reasonable. The technician was very nice he was having a bad day, I did not mind that he was hours late I just wanted my dryer fixed but I Paid way too much money for A $30 part Which took 20 Minutes To replace. So I don't think I will be a customer again. I understand and agree with all you have said but there is a difference in paying for experience and paying outrageous amounts. I too work in a specialized customer sevice based industry and believe in fair prices for services rendered .

First the people....all nice, considerate, professional and eager to help. Next the history...have shopped here for over 20 years for our rentals....a LOT of stoves and refrigerators, 99% of the time everything works out. There's always that "one" that just continues to be a problem, but Terry and Tim go all out to make it right. And, the product: Terry and Tim have helped me make selections many times when I was going for the sizzle and they steered me to the better quality. We have their repair shop on speed dial, usually we get one day service. All in all, good prices, good service and they stand behind their work.
