I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received by Ms RM. Initially, I was going to order the cooktop online; received exceptional help from them. However, as I was advised by the individual from the online company, I chose to go with Ferguson; the Challenger related to likelihood that existing cut out for the cooktop may have need to be adjusted; newer cooktops seem to be quarter inch deep deeper … After the order of the cooktop, I had quite a challenging time to get information necessary in order to plan the installation!

Awful… after placing over 40k in plumbing fixtures and appliances. I walk in there with an issue I need help with an no one is available. I’m hovering over the front desk as the receptionist is trying to help me. Everyone standing around but still no one is available to sit down and help me. A total joke. It’s better to stay home and figure out the problem yourself.

The least helpful group of folks I've ever dealt with. Called the main number, asked for a showroom with selections that I could actually buy 2 shower heads/diverter kits and take with me. FTL told me to go to tamarac location, 30 minutes away, called Tamarc to confirm showroom and stock, they said yes. Drive there, no, we don't have a showroom here. 3 calls total, 45 minutes of driving, all to no avail. Not impressed, at all.....

I’ve had such a wonderful experience working with Joey R. at Ferguson! He has been incredibly helpful throughout my home remodeling process — always quick to respond (usually within the hour!), patient with all my questions, and so efficient when it comes to placing and tracking orders. Joey has truly gone above and beyond, even helping with website navigation and making sure everything arrives smoothly. Overall, I’ve been so happy and grateful for my experience. Ferguson has been great — amazing quality items, excellent customer service, and a super smooth process whenever I’ve needed to return or replace something. Most of the fixtures and materials for my home remodeling have come from here, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend both Joey and Ferguson!
