I recently bought a floor model Sub-Zero wine cooler. After seeing the item on line, I spoke to a staff member to ask a few questions and then placed the order. I was a bit anxious about ordering such an expensive item without seeing it in person but the reviews were mostly positive and it was well priced. Mardey's provided lots of information about the item and shipping and warranty. The description and photos accurately reflect the item. It works perfectly. We are very happy with our purchase experience. Staff was accommodating as I needed to change the ship date twice. The item was extremely well packed for it's journey from Florida to Arizona. Prompt, thorough communication all along. Laura helped me figure out the final bit of the journey from the entryway into the house. High praise for product, price and especially professionalism.

Mardey’s repairman, Lucas, just left my home and just felt inspired to immediately leave a review. I called Mardey’s last Friday to inquire if they sold a replacement microwave and trim for my 20+ year old built-in GE Monogram which is has been discontinued. I spoke with Bianca who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She quoted me a price and said she could have the microwave and trim delivered in about a week. She suggested that I try to service it first since the new microwave and trim were very expensive. I was surprised at her honesty because she could potentially lose a good sale if the repairman found a small problem and didn’t buy a new microwave. I scheduled the repair for the next Tuesday (today). The repairman, Lucas, called a half-hour before arrival as I was told he would and arrived on time a half hour later. Lucas was very friendly and courteous. He asked me questions to diagnose the problem while taking the microwave apart. His diagnosis was correct; it was simply a fuse. This was the second Mardey’s employee who exhibited honesty. Lucas could’ve told me that my microwave is old and discontinued and parts are unavailable and tried to persuade me to buy a new one. Lucas checked all the fuses and connections inside the microwave to ascertain that the problem was only one inexpensive fuse. Lucas advised that he would have to order the fuse and return for another service call or, if I was handy, I could order the fuse and install it myself. Honesty! I am somewhat handy and asked for the part number which Lucas readily provided. The quoted price for the new microwave and trim were competitive (GE Monogram fixed price) and the service visit was reasonable. I value honesty more than price and Mardey’s exhibited it in each contact I had with them. When it comes to appliances, I have found my new company for sales, service and repairs. I strongly recommend you consider Mardey’s too.

My experience was five starts. From the online support asking about the product to the on time delivery it was spectacular. The price savings was the icing on the cake. They had so much protection. When they shipped the 42” refrigerator the shipping company (FedEx) driver who delivered it was impressed. The picture shows the level of care and attention they took to insure it was delivered in new condition.

Just wanted to show some love to Mardey’s Appliance Sales & Services. Solid experience from start to finish. Picked up an appliance from them recently and you can tell right away they actually know what they’re doing. Everything was tested, explained clearly, and priced way better than the big box stores. No gimmicks, no pressure just straight up honest service. What I appreciated most is they don’t just sell you something and send you on your way. They take the time to make sure you understand what you’re getting, and they stand behind their work. That’s rare these days. If you’re looking to save money but still get something reliable, definitely check them out. Good people, good prices, and they actually care about what they’re doing.

I bought a Samsung Double Oven for less than $1000 during a sale back in Dec 2025. I thought it was a scam and was wary, but I called them and spoke to an actual person! They were professional and assured me, they were indeed real and not a scam. I took the chance and I’m so glad I did! My oven came, wrapped and completely secured. Not a scratch or blemish on it! (Shipping was FREE by the way!) It took us a while to have an electrician and appliance installer to put it in, which caused the delay in my review; it’s been installed for a few days now and it works perfectly.
