We recently purchased a new Viking stove from this store, and the whole experience was smooth from beginning to end. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. They took the time to explain the different features, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose the model that best fit our kitchen and the way we cook.
One thing we really appreciated was how clearly they went over the warranty and what it covers. It's nice knowing exactly what to expect instead of having to figure it out later. They also shared some helpful tips for getting the most out of the stove, which was a nice touch.
Customer service like this is getting harder to find. Everyone we spoke with was professional, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with our purchase. We're excited to start cooking on our new Viking stove and wouldn't hesitate to shop here again for future appliances.
