I bought a fridge from them in August, and it started having ice in the back shortly after. They came out to repair it, but charged me $80 for the repair, (when they sold me a fridge that was defective just under 3 months ago.) Since then, I have been calling and texting with no response. I am out $880 and have 1 baby and a toddler. Food and milk are constantly going bad. What a sad situation for trying to support a small business. I absolutely want my money back so I can go to a real place and buy a fridge that works!

It’s been six months of dealing with these people . Worse experience we ever had . They lied to us and replace our broken refrigerator with another broken one . We been throwing away groceries for months and they come over and don’t fix the problem at all and very rude people and unprofessional. They said that Memorial Day they will come and than Thursday and than Friday . People stay away from them . A bunch of unprofessional people that find stuff at the junk yard and re sale it . Nothing works and they won’t give you a refund 🤬🤬🤬. If we all get together we have a good strong case against them in court

Can’t say enough negatives about this company, we bought a fridge and it immediately started freezing over in the back and they didn’t honor their warranty. They were impossible to get a hold of to repair our fridge and we are still have issues with it to this day. We’re a family with three children and so disappointed they wouldn’t give us our money back. This fridge has ruined so much of our food and made it impossible for us to have cold food storage in our home. It’s clear they could care less and the 30 day warranty they offer is a pure lie. BEWARE
