Kitchenworks

We recently had our kitchen and master bathroom remodeled with The Kitchenworks. We worked with Yanina. I can honestly say the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Throughout the process, the level of professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship was outstanding. Every detail was handled with care, and it was clear that they take pride in their work. They listened to our ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and brought our vision to life even better than we imagined. Our kitchen and main bathroom are beautiful and highly functional. The team was reliable, respectful of our home, and stayed on schedule, which made the entire process smooth. When there were small problems or adjustments that needed to be made, they took them seriously and resolved them without fuss or drama. It’s not easy to find a contractor you can truly trust, but this team delivered on every level. We would absolutely return to Kitchen Works if we were to renovate a home in the future.

The Kitchen Works was recommended by my kitchen designer. She's a perfectionist to the max and can be rather demanding to say the least, but, she is good and trust her 100%. She recommended that I buy my appliances from The Kitchen Works because she works with them often and they "know what they are doing"...her exact words. She was 100% correct, although I didn't doubt this woman! Armand (the owner) helped me select my appliances and kept me up to date with the orders. This was right smack in the middle of the pandemic, so everything was delayed everywhere. He stayed right on top of things and was honest and accurate with delivery times. Once it was time for delivery and installation, he sent Joel out to review and make notes in order to make it a smooth process on the day of installation. Joel and Ian came out to install and they were terrific. Very organized and meticulous. Answers questions without any attitude and extremely professional in all sense of the word. From start to finish The Kitchen Works deserves an A++. Thank you!!!!

The Kitchenworks exceeded all my expectations in designing and installing my kitchen! From the design aspect, selection of materials and appliances, to the actual configuration of the cabinetry, The Kitchenworks did a flawless job. Most importantly, their response time to questions and concerns that I had were dealt with immediately and always with a smile. Even after the project was completed The Kitchenworks continue to help me with questions about my new appliances even to the extent of sending over a chef to help me prepare my first meal in the amazing Wolf steam oven. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about great design, seamless installation and wonderful customer service!

After calling around, and comparing service and price levels, we chose to work with The Kitchenworks to purchase a Wolf microwave oven and to have them install it. They were fantastic. The owner as well as the installers were very helpful throughout the process. The owner patiently explained product choices and fitting requirements, and was highly responsive from first contact through followup after the installation. Some companies may have sent one installer, but The Kitchenworks sent two installers, who were friendly. They installed the microwave with great care and explained the new functionality. They noticed that the microwave that they removed was not installed correctly, and instead of just installing the new one in the same way, they made the necessary corrections. If they had not explained this, we would have never known the difference. Having become accustomed to service providers who rush the job, we were pleasantly surprised with the extra time and care that they took to install the microwave properly, especially because their installation fee was less than half of other quotes that we received. We strongly recommend The Kitchenworks team!
