Scott from Mr. Appliance goes above and beyond! Scott came here to fix our icemaker that was having issues for 1 year after we purchased. He was super confident he could fix it and it seems he 100% did!!! It has been working for 2 weeks now, which has never happened! We are so happy to finally have everything in our new kitchen working now!!! He is the best!!! We really appreciate his expertise!!!!

Beware!!!! I’ve used Mr. Appliance before with satisfaction on minor repairs. This time was another story altogether. I had a technician (Aldo ) come out to diagnose a problem with our refrigerator. He said ( in writing )it would be a $1,511 repair and it would be better to replace it than repair it. We then called Rosners to get a quote, and it turns out they ( Frigidere)don’t even make the same model any more and that a similar model would cost approx. $3500. We called Mr Appliance back to approve the repair, and the manager Kelly told us the repair was miss quoted and would be an additional $700. I asked numerous times to speak to Aldo, the owner, or for them to compromise. Kelly basically refused all my requests, said the tech they sent over was not qualified to quote a major repair, and had to charge $700 an hour extra for the repair. She then basically said my unit was the lowest of the low ends, and hung up on me. I say with great sarcasm- a great way to run a business. Beware !!! By the way, there was a $119 fee to diagnose the refrigerator as well by the technician, who was deemed unqualified by his own company to give an estimate. As stated before- nice way to run a company. Avoid this business at all costs. .

Mr. Appliance exceeded my expectations. Dealing with Matt has been a terrific experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. He promptly figured out our problem with our Miele coffee maker and completely resolved our problems. In a follow up phone call, he explained additional items to me about the coffee maker and totally put my mind at ease. I could not be happier and would absolutely recommend Mr. Appliance. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

I can't say enough what a relief it was to find such a responsive, honest, locally-owned company and fantastic, experienced repairman (Chris). They confirmed the appointment made on-line, called ahead in the window, arrived in the window, quickly diagnosed and had the needed part on the truck. Repair was done in less than 45 min and at a cost I consider extremely reasonable. Chris put on shoe covers before entering as a matter of practice and cleaned behind the dryer before putting it back knowing it would be hard to reach in the future. The company only uses factory parts, no aftermarket or thirdhand. This no doubt costs them business in the short term but maintains their reputation in the long-term. I can't say enough and definitely will be recommending them throughout my West Palm Beach condo building!
