Pregunte por la garantía adicional. As a private property manager, it is vital to have a business to depend on when it comes to appliances. I have enough to deal with, so I want someone who can solve the problem with ease and at a good cost. Here was my experience with a "Big Box" store, they called me the day of install saying they were not allowed to touch a hose splitter due to corporate policy. So I had to show up, easily twist it off and they processed with the washer install. That would not have happened with Peter’s Appliances, they go above and beyond. Also, they offer a warranty that goes beyond manufacturer, parts and labor. Which is so valuable when you are responsible for many appliances as most property managers are. The staff are very knowledgeable and you can nerd out on models, quality and such. They will work with you on lead time and will deliver and install it for you. Which is vital as a property manager, if you are on your day off but an install needs to take place. They will take care of you. Which is why I write this review today, after my 7th purchase, a darling 36” Frigidaire side by side stainless steel with an added warranty, installed and old one taken away. Property management bliss and tenants are happy! Not only that, I was surprised one time when I was at the store counter talking shop and it was the owner himself! A proud family man, working hard to keep his business thriving. At the last install, I was amazed to see him in work gloves as my lead installer, he is present and involved with the business day to day. That is what is needed in a small business. Work with them and you won’t be disappointed.
