Refused to warranty over $2500 worth of appliances that were within their warranty period. As a reseller, I have previously made many multiples of purchases at DBM with only small issues here and there. In my opinion, if they don't get you the first time, they'll cheat you next time. Buyers beware. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Absolutely amazing service! Super nice men were very helpful. This is my second time here. I got a dryer about 4 years ago, still running great! They also helped me diagnosing an electrical issue during that time, no charge. This time I got a beautiful stove for an outstanding price! I would’ve paid over triple what I paid here. Plus, you get a 30 day warranty included! They strapped it down in my truck for me. They offer delivery service as well. Thanks, yall saved the day once again!

I really didn’t want to do this, write a bad review… because my first experience was amazing and we promised to come back when we needed something in the future. Our second experience wasn’t great. In fact it left me feeling jilted. My husband and I went in and picked out a refrigerator and a dryer. Obviously, we needed them delivered and I was okay with paying the $80 he charged for delivery. But it kept getting put off because of refrigerator lights that needed to be fixed. 2 weeks later I finally just said to bring them and then come back to do the lights later. We needed the refrigerator. So he does. He brings them both and I’m finally able to switch my refrigerator over. Another week goes by so I ask about the lights. Nope nothing. It’s now it’s been 3 weeks and I ended up having to spend $20 on lights myself and installed them myself (took 2 days for them to be delivered and I installed them right away). Not only that, but the dryer was missing its light and light cover! Another $20 for the cover and $10 for the replacement bulb. So a total of an extra $50! And I have yet to get a text back from the guy to even let me know ANYTHING. So, I will not be returning for that glass stop stove, I said I would. Very disappointed with my last visit. Buyers Beware!!!

I hardly ever write reviews but I wanted to make an exception for DBM. Honestly I was pretty skeptical at first to purchase from these folks because the prices seemed too good to be true. I called them and they were super friendly and professional. Within a few hours my lightly used washer and dryer set was delivered to my house. I have not had any issues and the work great! Juan was very kind and professional and all for a great price. Thanks!
