We visited the store on the West side of town by Home Depot, Mr. Martin just happened to be there and is the kindest man I have met in an appliance store. He was very knowledgeable about every appliance and was awesome to work with. Robert was also very kind and did an awesome job helping me get delivery that worked for me. We will be returning again when we need another appliance.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer is satisfied. The service we received as we were purchasing a washer-dryer set was EXCEPTIONAL. Mr. Martin really knows his inventory and was kowledgeable on helping us decide which brand was best for my family. There were no pressure sales pitches during our time there. We had a very good experience and did purchase a set. The delivery was the next day with a very polite and efficient delivery crew. I have even recommended this store to several of my friends.

I recently moved so I needed to purchase a washer and dryer. Martin's had a good set with decent price. I was impressed with Robert who wrote up my order, no pressure and I think,Jeremiah, who delivered, set up and tested both machines. Friendly, professional and timely delivery! I have only used the w/d 1 time so far but they both worked perfectly and I am glad I bought from this business!! For me, the drive to actually pay was just a tiny inconvenient due the stress of the move, but with that being said, I would most certainly check Martin's for any future needs.
