Its like a factory style warehouse. Friendly service. Don't expect a show room or clean facilities. Just a small entrance with a couple of chairs. A little dinge but it gets the job done. A place for tradesmen not homeowners. Still service was straight up, no bs.

I ordered a tankless water heater from amazon(mistake). I installed tank, it didn't work(no power). Luckily, I was able to locate TankTheTank. Spoke to Chuck, extremely helpful, & great customer service! I installed the tank and it came right up. Tank arrived in 2 days and cheaper($9) than Amazon. TankTheTank is highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! I have been using tankless Water heaters for about 12 years. When I have a problem, these guys always get me in and out super fast and are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. They are very fair and affordable. They showed me what was wrong and helped me to make the best decision for repair / replacement.
