I had a stressful situation where both my dishwasher and stove stopped working out of nowhere and I had a birthday party to host in less than a week! Suelen was absolutely amazing. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional! In November before Thanksgiving I requested service for my stove that wasn’t working at all. They never called to schedule an appointment, but a man just randomly shows up to take a look. He looks and states that the stove can’t be fixed and needs to be replaced, so I waited thinking he communicated can’t that with whomever needed to do so, but he didn’t! It’s time for Thanksgiving and I had to contact my landlord about still not having a stove, and come to find out the man never completed the request. My landlord had to rush around to get me a temporary stove for Thanksgiving thank God! Now, here we are with a new issue. Washer it’s completing cycles. I scheduled an appointment for 9a-12p and no one showed up. Around 1:30p or so I called and my appointment was rescheduled for the following week. We shall see if they show up, but this company is a red flag. Buyer beware!!
