Would not recommend, was told a contractor could come and give me a diagnosis but 5 minutes later I was told they can’t come and I simply asked for a reason why and the women on the phone replied with a sassy tone “I do not have to give you a reason”. So if you want poor customer service call this place if not find someone better 👍

Large jobs, small jobs, they can do it all - and it's definitely superior service.

I've used Superior many times. This is a family-run business, and their technicians are unbelievably good with great prices. There are salt of the earth people that I could trust with my life. They can repair things that other services can only replace. They will give you the best service and great prices. Very highly recommended. I can't say enough good about them.

The receptionist is extremely rude and has no regard for manners or does not care about your home or business. Also, I used this company to fix my AC and months later I had extensive water damage in my home from an AC leak, instead of the company recommending a quarterly maintenance plan and installing an automatic shut off valve to the unit, all which could have been recommended by a technician and company that actually cares for the home, I am dealing with AC issues only months after they have completed the work. Do not use this company.
