Went for a shift actuator. Guy claims its "brand new". No bag, no box, no warranty. Does this look brand new to you? I asked if it has even a days worth of warrenty, "nothing on electrical parts". Place is a joke. Hope this thing works. Place seems more like is a used parts store. Take your gamble with caution.

Had my washing machine back up and running my garbage disposal unclogged and my refrigerator gasket fixed within an hour of calling him. This is an Airbnb that the previous tenants destroyed on me and I'm very grateful this company came right out and got me squared away.

No refunds= a gamble between whether or not your appliance will continue to work, no matter how much you spend. Spent too much and now I have to deal with the burden of a broken washer/dryer stacker. I would give it 2 star instead of 0 because they worked fast and hard to bring it upstairs without damaging anything.

Highly recommend!! My mom needed a washer but had no way to get one as my dad is out of town. Called up and within 3 hours my mom had a new washer, they installed it and they even took away the old broken one. Great service and she was very happy thank you.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Purchased a washer and dryer from him on May 7th. Dryer quit heating on second load. He came out and "fixed" it. Dryer will now heat but does not turn off on its own. Washer agitator did not work properly. He came and "fixed" that too. After 2 loads of him fixing agitator the washer now throws about 4 codes and will not turn on. I have spoken with his office manager (I cant remember her name but she is very nice) at least 4 or 5 times now and she keeps telling me that Al will call me back. Well, its been over 3 weeks and I am still waiting for him to call me back and advise what I am going to do with these POS washer and dryer he sold me. I finally just had to go buy a new set that worked as I cant wait for this man to pick up a phone and take 2 min out of his day to resolve the issue as he stated he will not give a refund. I guess i am out 450.00. Very poor business practice and I feel he just stole my 450.00. I am a small business owner myself and would never do this to my clients. And if you want to get on here and call me a liar like you did everyone else, I will gladly post a pic of the call logs where I have been trying to get a hold of you personally since May 22nd regarding the issues that arose after your "repairs" You seem to hide behind your office manager and make her deal with all the complaints but never respond to them. Addendum.. It was only after I left you one final not nice message and left this review did you attempt to call me back. You have zero customer service skills sir. Instead of responding with such disdain and being so condescending to people maybe try making it right in the first place and not make people wait over a month for a phone call back. Good day sir.
