I would like to thank Victor for coming to try to fix my washing machine as it turns out we needed a new one my machine was only a year and a half old. I have a contract and Flamingo was going to come however they changed the date four times. I a not happy either Flamingo I think you need to get a new company. However Victor was great pleasant to work with and did all to make the customer feel important. So thank you Victor and whoever is responsible for having him in the company

He was never pushy and took the time to help me find the right appliances for my needs. Thanks to Jeremy, I found a beautiful slide-in range and an incredible deal on a KitchenAid refrigerator. The pricing was so good that I couldn't pass it up! He also thoroughly explained the warranties, delivery process, and installation/setup, making everything easy to understand. I went in this morning looking for a fridge Brock greeted me and I let me him know what I was looking for. He showed me some options and I bought a new French door whirlpool. I like that he was very detailed in an answering my questions and concerns. Ended up buying the fridge. Arjenis and Andres delivered the new fridge today. They took out the old one and set up the new one. Great customer service, very professional, walked me through everything, and answered all my questions. Very nice guys.

Quick and easy purchase. There was a huge selection on hand. Prices fair. Sales staff were knowledgeable. Had same day delivery. Felipe and Mauricio delivered items. They were highly professional and competent. Very pleased. Thank you. Edit after thinking about it more: Compared to installation service with a big box (Orange) store in the past, the install techs were perfect. They called to confirm prior, and showed up on the early side of estimated arrival which was great for us. They were very carefully with our doors and the appliances. They verified everything was working and were friendly yet highly professional.
