Trace the owner was excellent in helping pick exactly what I wanted. I told him I wanted not the cheapest but in the middle but not the best. He had excellent recommendations with reasons following why he would get this unit over the other. He listened intently to my initial request and it didn't have to be repeated multiple times. He even gave me better more expensive options and described the differences and let me pick for myself what would be my best option. Due to wanting to rent the property out in the future, I was able to pick a cost effective yet, reliable, and perfect for my situation choice, and he was more then capable of pointing me in that direction. I really appreciate his attentiveness, over achieving attitude, and help at the end loading everything up.
