Great service! They were knowledgeable and helpful when we needed to purchase a new dishwasher. Never once did they push us toward something we didn’t need or was out of our budget. Even the install was smooth! Rashaad, Shane, & Billy came prepared, had a system in place for a quick and smooth install. They kept a clean workspace and cleaned up after as well. Brandon and Kashad were right on time. They came in to survey the location. Then Uninstaller the old one, and removed it. They brought in the new one on a trolley, to protect my floors and to make it easier to move. They did have to lift it over the counter because the path wasn't wide enough. The were so string, it was an easy job for them. They installed it, checked the wires and hoses, and fixed my too short cords with appropriately sized ones. Then they tested it for leaks. They cleaned up all their work tools and trash. Gave me the manual, and offered to teach me how it worked. I am also very pleased with my salesman, Chris. He was also very polite and helped me choose this unit based on my needs. Capritta has very polite, friendly, knowledgeable employees. I will use them again in future.
