They take care of the customers. I harassed them for days prior to and after purchasing my set from him, and the owner was very patient with me. The owner can seem mean, but he's really not, he's just forthright. You let him know what you need and he will take care of you. We purchased a set from him and it worked great for a while. When it malfunctioned, He took care of us. Tell them what you need and they will take care of you.
