That said, the way this company handled the situation completely turned things around. The team was great, but Oscar, the owner, really stood out. He personally reached out, helped me find the same model in a counter-depth version, and made the exchange process smooth and stress-free. What really impressed me was the attention to detail—he replaced a handle and both drawers to ensure the refrigerator was in excellent condition, free of any dents or damage. That level of care is rare these days. On top of all that, I got a fantastic deal. Overall, I’m extremely grateful for the service and would absolutely recommend Appliances 4 Less. Just…measure first so you don’t end up like me 😅

This location was my first stop (midday) after learning my refrigerator took a dump on me. I needed a replacement ASAP that would not hurt my pocket and can deliver same day.. I was quickly greeted by Oscar who was ready to help. I had specifications and questions, and Oscar made sure to get me all the info I needed along with possible options. He ensured that same day delivery was possible. Although I mentioned that I'd like to make a couple more stops, he was patient and still appreciative I considered stopping by. After checking other places, I decided to go with Appliances for Less in Kissimmee as they were competitive with their prices and ensured same day delivery for me. So I also decided to purchase a dishwasher. Check out was smooth and Oscar was very helpful! Within a few hours of ordering, the delivery team came through! David and Felipe were very professional and personable! They came across a little challenge with taking out my old dishwasher 🙈 BUT, they went out of there way to get the job done! My husband and I were so appreciative! As stressful as making an emergency appliance purchase was, the overall experience here from shopping to delivery was so smooth!
