When our second washer in 10 years started giving us issues I decided to research Speed Queen washers. Pretty sold on the idea, when our current one finally gave out on us, I reached out to Appliances of Orlando. Unfortunately time was not in my favor as I travel a lot of work. I was about to work 2 days on one day off, 2 days on one day off, and 3 days on. Being that I didn’t have time to go into the store, I called the store and honestly was expecting to be blown off relatively quickly. That was absolutely not the case. I spoke with Matt for nearly 30 minutes on the phone. He answered every single question I had with patience and ease; and honestly made the whole process feel like I was working with a close friend. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind, but he went beyond out of his way to ensure I could have my new speed queen TC5 delivered on one of my only days off (Saturday). If I could rate them 10 stars I would. And will 100% go back to them for any and all of my appliance needs!

Great experience! Originally found them because they were one of the only places that had the washer and dryer I wanted in stock, with quick delivery. Had such a great experience ordering with Matt and delivery from Chris we ended up canceling our appliance package from a different store and ordered everything with them. Great folks, easy ordering all done over the phone and email, wonderful setup/install team. I think we’ve officially met everyone while handling this process, they are a small team and everyone is great. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Quick, reliable and easy!!
