I wouldn’t waste your time reaching out to this company.
This review isn’t even about their products because I never got the opportunity to purchase anything due to their lack of communication. I reached out multiple times starting Sunday for pricing on several appliances and never received an answer. Every time I followed up, I was told, “one moment.”
It’s now Tuesday, and I still haven’t received the information I requested.
If this is how they handle potential customers before a sale, I can only imagine what the communication is like afterward. Their marketing and ads work much better than their customer service.
