Appliance Direct at Altamonte Springs

Our 29 year old Maytag commercial grade dryer was not working (most likely a internal fuse or heating element) and we needed a backup quickly because we are taking care of a terminally ill family member in our home. Loews and Home Depot said that the earliest they can deliver would be at least a week. I went online and contacted Appliance Direct Altamonte Springs and spoke with Fritz who was kind and courteous and walked me though the purchase over the phone to ensure I got the dryer the next day which we did. That morning I received a call from Gabriel who said he would be delivering in the afternoon and he did an excellent job installing and was very careful in that we just had new doors installed and painted. I will be purchasing from AD in the future to get the matching washer for my dryer. Thank you and may God bless your company.

Felix was great. Went in for a washing machine..picked one out but Felix found one that suited me better. He even charged the same price. Also wound up finding a refrigerator and bought it also. Service was quick,efficient and knowledgeable. Will definitely buy other appliances there. Alfredo, the delivery person, definitely knows his job. He was absolutely fantastic with the installation and also removal of old appliances. These guys deserve a bonus or at the very least...a pizza party!!!

Made the purchasing process very easy and smooth. This was my first time buying from Appliance Direct in Altamonte. The prices are literally door busters ! Brand New Maytag Unit. Yesterday afternoon, we discovered that our refrigerator/freezer was no longer functioning properly. Of course, both were freshly stocked with food, so we immediately went into semi-panic mode trying to find and purchase a new refrigerator that could be delivered ASAP the very next morning. Unfortunately, neither Lowe’s nor Home Depot could accommodate our timeline. We decided to head to Appliance Direct in Altamonte Springs, and we are so glad we did! Fritz, our Sales Associate, was phenomenal. He helped us find exactly what we wanted, had it in stock and ready to go, and to top it off, it was on sale! The delivery team—a wonderful father-and-son duo—was equally impressive. Their communication regarding arrival time was excellent, and they had our new refrigerator delivered and hooked up in no time. They were extremely clean, professional, and respectful of our home and property. This was our first experience with Appliance Direct, and we couldn’t be happier. We will absolutely be back in the near future to replace our remaining appliances. A true 10/10 experience.

Very easy buying experience at appliance direct! There’s ample parking and they even roll out the appliance/help you load it in your car. They offer warranties and have new appliances like Maytag, Whirlpool, HE, etc (in box and out box). They have washers dryers refrigerators stoves and so much more. Also, a HUGE Thank you Josh T! He showed us the location of the in box vs out box dryers and was very personable and knowledgeable. It didn’t feel like a seller experience but more so a conversation while conducting business. 10/10 would recommend this business! I attached a photo of our appliance but we didn’t care about any dents/scratches as long as the appliance worked and does its job.
