Great service and quick delivery and easy installation! My wife was very impressed at how quickly Appliance Direct’s third-party delivery team came. They arrived at 4:07 p.m. and completed their delivery in less than 10 minutes. My wife purchased a brand-new refrigerator, and she absolutely loves it. There are no damages, no scrapes, or scratches, just a few tiny dents, but those are to be expected because when delivered, they were rough due to delivery when shipped to their store, which Doug explained. We have zero complaints and are pleased we will be doing business again in the future with this company. Please keep up the amazing work; this business will never shut down. I pray for continuous blessings and prosperity to this business and for more sales to happen daily. Thank you again.

The customer service was exceptional. We needed a replacement fridge right away. We live on Semoran Blvd and didn't realize the drive time. We arrived 5 minutes before closing, but the employees NEVER rushed us. They were informative, friendly, and patient. We were able to purchase and schedule delivery.
