I bought a washer. I doesn’t want to spin. I called and “Diego” told me the next step is to make an appointment with a repair person. This was 4 days ago and still waiting on someone. So, I bought a machine and it doesn’t work. Tried to take it back and they closed down for business. A waste of my hard earned money just trying to wash clothes. Would not recommend these scam artists.

Fraudulent OVERcharges, over inflated pricing, manglement has no control- subcontractors set own pricing. Receipt sent under different company name— UNITECH. Called for an appliance repair estimate, paid $70 for the visit. Technician stayed while I paid the $70 fee & and left (10-12 minute visit tops). Diego called back with a verbal quote of over $400 & wanted a yes or no to move ahead. Had to request a written estimate, which took hours to receive. Quote received from a different company - Unitech. Estimate came back for 2 appliances, however spouse fixed the fridge in 15 minutes. The part quoted replaced the whole bottom unit not just the water line that tech explained would involve taking the whole bottom of the fridge apart & hours of labor to correct! Called back & texted next day to have quote adjusted for 1 appliance only & was advised that the labor charge would remain the same. In what world?? Diego explained that the labor charge for almost $200 was a flat rate charge & the labor charge would be the same for 1 appliance or 2. What? Exchanged multiple texts with Diego explaining that’s incorrect as the labor charge didn’t have any breakdown or hourly rate listed. Flat rate wouldn’t apply as it was no longer necessary to repair 2 separate appliances! Hubby spoke to Diego who said we were already receiving a “discount” and the estimate could not be adjusted. Estimate didn’t even include the $70 diagnostic charge (to make it up here lower) … like we would conveniently forget we paid it? Spoke to DIEGO a couple days later to explain our position that the pricing remaining the same for 2 or 1 appliance was over inflated and fraudulent. We like to support small businesses, but not when we’re being taken advantage of !! Advised that We also LOVE to share referrals and give great reviews when deserved. DIEGO advised me that his technicians are subcontractors who set their own pricing. AND THAT WE ALSO HAD THE RIGHT TO SAY NO! Well, that would be the FIRST thing we agreed on! Plenty of technicians down the street in College Park, we will go with one of them. Won’t spend another red cent on this company- with their over inflated pricing and fraudsters posing as technicians looking to get over on women, children, and families! NO! NO! NO!

I went down to there store right there off Edgewater at 530 in the afternoon on a Saturday and they had my washer dryer combo sitting in my driveway by 6:15 thanks to the awesome salesman Orlando with his fast and friendly service I got a great deal on some great equipment and I highly recommend them for all your appliance needs.
