Appliances R US has been incredible! The owner donated a used stacked washer & dryer which runs AWESOME! It's basically brand new! We are Teen Challenge, a non-profit non-government funded organization which helps Teens & Adults recover from things like addiction and homelessness. Although they did not have what I was looking for in their inventory at the time, 5 stars for customer service. I mentioned my washer was not filling and the gentleman showed me what part to pull, bring it to him and he will sell me a replacement. A few YouTube videos later, I did just that and my washer is working perfectly. This helpful advice saved me hundreds of dollars!

Excellent service!! I was referred by another appliance store they were sold out . I needed a washing machine I told him my budget he was honest and told me you can fix your washer for cheaper but I wanted another one as mines was a bit old. I purchased a new washer and 1 hr later it was delivered, installed and the old one was hauled off . This is what good customer service is. Did I mention it comes with 90 days of warranty. Thank you !!!!

I needed a part for my washing machine that sears warranty had "forgotten" to order for our service, and after a week of running out of clean clothes I was desperately calling to find one in stock nearby. I called Appliances R Us, who looked through their inventory for the one in stock, but unfortunately didn't have one. I was about to order one online with almost another week to wait for shipping when I got a call back, telling me they had the part from a salvaged washer! I stopped by, picked it up for far cheaper than a new one, and less than an hour later I had a fixed washing machine! Lovely service helping me out and calling back!

Bought a washer and dryer for $440. Guy was nice and knowledgable. Delivery was not so great. He was super late but did communicate that. After 3 days I had an issue with the washer. It does have a 90 gurantee but with stipulations. $40 service call fee to come out and take a look whether they can fix it in home or not. If not, your responsible for hauling back to the store. Not so great when you dont have a truck handy. Good prices but with risk.
