I explained the kind of fridge I needed (terribly, by the way), and he somehow understood exactly what I meant. He promised he’d see what he could do and he actually followed through. At 7:37AM the next day he texted saying he squeezed me in for same-day delivery and install. He showed up, installed the perfect fridge, noticed my other fridge needed a filter, and even called the Monday after Thanksgiving just to check how everything went and to give me the filter info. Jenny and Pete were most helpful in suggesting possibilities and features and took time with me. The next day, Tim delivered and installed the new dishwasher and removed the old one in a professional manner. Other staff was friendly and helpful as well. My first experience with Applianceville was just a couple of weeks ago when a technician came out to repair my dishwasher and check my washing machine, which ultimately needed to be replaced. Everything went so smoothly that I returned yesterday to purchase a new washer. It was delivered the very next day, and the delivery team was quick and professional. After running my first load of laundry, I realized the washer wasn’t the right fit for me. At a big-box store, I would’ve been stuck—but not at Applianceville.
