Nothing but positive things to say about Assured Appliance, and I can’t recommend them enough. I got a great deal on a washer and dryer, and when I needed service it was easy to get it scheduled quickly with their friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fred, the manager, is terrific to work with; he kept me in the loop at every step, and offered a solution well beyond my expectations. Many thanks to Terry and Victor as well, for their hard work!

Cannot recommend this place enough for purchasing a refurbished machine! Our experience working with the Assured appliance team has been nothing but positive. We came in with a set budget in mind to purchase a new washing machine for our home. Fred was amazing to work with, he met us right at our price point and gave us options too. We settled on a machine with a warranty nearly straight away. He mentioned how they offer delivery and free haul-away for old machines. This worked perfectly for us considering we had a Facebook marketplace washer that had crapped out on us. The new machine arrived and the old one out, courtesy of Victor- a very kind and honest employee! Everyone we had spoken with was extremely kind and helpful with any questions we had. Time passed, and we worked with the washer. Unfortunately, the machine we purchased had developed some issues. The screws that held the counterweight in place at the front of the machine came loose, and caused the weight to break apart. This caused the machine to bang around very loudly. While this was a bummer, the response from the team was what made me seek to write this review. We reached back out and requested maintenance on the machine (which was included in our 90 day warranty) to come and check out what was wrong. They sent another very kind and knowledgeable employee, Terry, to come check out the machine. Terry informed us on the issue, and spoke with Fred about what to do next. We had passed our 90 day warranty by one month, yet they still wanted to help us with the machine. After Terry had spoken to Fred about everything, Fred decided to offer us another machine at no cost and haul away the previous! Victor returned to pick up the machine and replace it with the new model, as simple and swiftly as the first time. Now, this new machine works perfectly, it's quiet, effective at larger loads, and overall a solid switch from the previous model. I cannot understate the honesty and kindness this business has shown us. Thank you!!!
