Ms. Daniella was very nice, helpful, understanding, honest & accommodating. Her mother was also a very sweet person who offered to plug up the machines at the store so I could see they worked fine, hear how sound they ran on spin cycles (of course there was no water connection during testing) & so far, the gently used/repaired washing machine we bought works just fine; Much better than our old one. They also offered a guarantee & would provide any repairs if it was ever needed. They wanted us to feel good about our purchase of a used washing machine for a very fair & affordable price. The delivery guy was also pleasant, prompt with the delivery, strong & not once did he complain about having to maneuver our old washing machine out, in order for him to installed the new one; he told us to let it run a full rinse cycle to make sure it worked & to rinse away any possible dust that may have settled on the inside from sitting for a time unused. He did this all by himself even though we offered to help with the carring which, he respectfully said in Spanish he was ok, because he couldn't speak English, we used our phones to translate any questions we might have had for which, he was more than happy & patient with us as we didn't speak much Spanish at all. At times we all would laugh a little as we were all trying very hard to effectively communicate with one another; All in all, we had a very good & pleasant experience🙂👌🏽👍🏽! - Mrs. Elisha

GO HERE!! Honestly these are the type of people that need all the customer traffic in the world. I just recently moved into the Kissimmee area and we shopped around for hours online and in person for affordable washer & dryer set and they beat out everyone by hundreds! Beautiful dryer and washer SET for under 1000??!?!? nobody was beating that. Honestly I was concerned...a used washer and dryer for so cheap...would they work? Soo I got them delivered to our home. First day washer didn't work and dryer didn't dry. Called them immidately obviously frustrated but the store owner is such a sweetheart it was fine. She said I could return them for any machine or would I want them fixed. My wife and I loved the machines. New GE's really big, look really good as well, family of 5 so it's exactly what we needed. So we asked to be fixed. The very next day Cesar showed up and we figured out all the issues. Dryer worked perfectly fine, the issue was the extractor duct was super backed up. I asked him how to fix it cuz my house rental agency would probably take 2 weeks to even send somebody to inspect. He immidiately said he would take care of it and waiting a month to fix it was rediculous, took out his machines and cleaned out probably 10 years of lint out of the duct for free, that is probably a 500 dollar job cuz it's a two story house. The washer had a pump that needed to be changed wasn't extracting all the water as it should, took the machine the next day it was delivered free of charge. Machines have worked wonderfully for the last month. Again GO HERE!! They treated me as if I was part of the family and I am really greatful. I will buy from them everytime moving forward. I wish them all the success in the world. 🙏

My neighbor bought a washer and dryer set from Cesar Appliance three years ago and they're still in great condition, so she recommended I go to Cesar Appliance to buy a new washer. I'm so glad I did!!! He sold me the same type that he chose for his own mother which machine was still in his shop with a sold tag on it. He delivered my Whirlpool, installed it and tested it to make sure it worked. He gave me a 90 day guarantee and didn't charge me for delivery! I am totally satisfied with the product and even more delighted with his way of doing business.
