Discount Appliance Parts

At least once per year I end up in a situation where I'm either fixing an expensive appliance myself or throwing it out to buy a more sophisticated ( read more expensive & less robust ) version of the same thing. Inevitably, I end up finding root cause and need a part. Ben almost always has a part in a kit that includes anything I might need to solve my problem. I stop by on a weekend with the old part, and finish the repair on my appliance the same day. I appreciate the existence of Discount Appliance Parts near my home, and hope his business is there for years to come. When you can save hundreds or sometimes thousands of dollars by trying a fix yourself, everyone should visit Discount Appliance Parts in Altamonte Springs at least once per year to make sure Ben sticks around :)

Was recommended by another business that they would be helpful and the person working there was rude, he looked up the part I requested and explained that it would not be available for 3 business days. Due to the machine being down I stated that I would just order the part online due to them not having it in stock because it was available sooner. He followed with a rude remark that I didn't have to be that way like I was being rude to him for not buying a $6 part from him instead of getting it tomorrow for the same cost. I'll know better than to try and support local businesses with poor customer service.
