Edward was absolutely great.  I called him after reading the reviews on his site. I left a message and he called me back immediately.  He said he would come by that same day. Within a couple of hours he was at the house.  He assessed the problem with my dryer  which turned out to be more a "venting" issue than the actual dryer.  That was taken care of and then we decided to go ahead and open up the dryer and clean it up.  Good thing because one of the wheels that keep the drum rolling smoothly was damaged.  Edward took care of everything.  He was very friendly and his professionalism was top notch.  There was no rush to finish, and he didn't mind that I hovered around the entire time (lol).  Job completed and i feel the pricing was reasonable.  Would definitely recommend and use the services in the future. I called a few appliance repair companies to get some quotes. I described what I was experiencing with my dryer (mainly a metal rubbing/scraping sound) not a single company wanted to offer me an upfront quote. Each wanted to charge both a service call fee as well as a diagnostic fee. I almost gave up, until I searched at the bottom of the list for appliance repair and sure enough that was the best choice I made. Edward answered right away; I described the issue I was experiencing with my dryer and he asked for the model number, found the part he needed for the repair and was upfront about the total job cost as well as warranties. We decided to hire Edward and he showed up the same day that I called. That was wonderful. He was kind, checked everything, cleaned up his workspace and also most likely saved me from hiring a scam company to clean my dryer vent. Luckily, I made a great choice to hire Edward to also clean the dryer vent. He did a thorough job and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw what came out of the vent it definitely needed to be done and he was the right person to do it without a doubt. He is courteous, professional, trustworthy, and prompt. I would hire him for any service in the future and most definitely recommend him to anyone seeking appliance or dryer vent services. Excellent service. They repaired my dryer and the whole experience was great from start to finish. The technician not only fixed the issue but also took the time to explain everything to me and even discovered a poor previous repair done by Samsung’s own warranty service. You can really tell he knows what he’s doing and cares about doing the job right. Very professional, punctual, and honest. I would definitely recommend them.

Edward was great to work with! He installed our new induction cooktop (we were switching from gas) and our new microwave, and everything went smoothly. He was easy to schedule, super professional, and very clean. He took away our old appliances and left everything spotless. He even helped us find an electrician to take care of the breaker and electrical work, which was a huge help. Highly recommend!
