I had an excellent experience at HGreg thanks to Abraham Puentes. From the moment I arrived, he treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respect. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision. Instead, he took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and made sure I understood every detail throughout the process. His outstanding customer service and positive attitude made the entire car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s clear that he truly cares about his customers and wants to help them find the right vehicle. I highly recommend Abraham Puentes to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you for providing such exceptional service!

Updated review- we purchased a Porsche Macan 3 weeks ago. Upon taking the car in today to have the codes pulled it was discovered that the codes had been cleared previously and the vehicle has a faulty speed sensor. Because it is beyond the 5 days I was told they would see what they could do as a “courtesy”. As is does not apply if defects are not disclosed and codes are cleared without repairs. Very frustrating that now I need to go through taking this to my Porsche dealer to get the official code history and retain an attorney over something that could have been easily rectified with an apology and making it right. Horrible business practices.

I am rewriting my review because I was heavily pressured at the dealership to leave a 5-star rating, which did not reflect my actual experience. From the beginning, the customer service was disappointing. I understand that dealerships can have long wait times, but I was there for an entire day. After test driving two Nissan Sentras, I decided to purchase a 2021 model. During the test drive, I heard a scraping noise and specifically requested that the under splash/front bumper be secured before I took the car home. I was assured by staff that the mechanic would take care of it. Two days later, I returned to pick up the vehicle, trusting that the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, I didn’t even make it home before the part underneath the car completely ripped off on the highway, leaving wiring exposed and putting me at risk for further damage and safety issues. What makes this worse is the dealership charges a $1,400 “inspection fee,” which is supposed to ensure the vehicle is safe and driveable. Clearly, that inspection was either not done properly or not done at all. On top of that, there are additional issues with the vehicle, including malfunctioning doors. I contacted the dealership the same day the part came off and was told to bring the car back on March 27th for repairs. When I arrived, nothing was done. I waited two hours for no reason and was then told the parts would take 1–3 days to arrive and that I would receive a call to bring the car back in. It has now been nearly two weeks, and my car is still not fixed. Every time I call, I cannot get in contact with anyone in the service department. Communication has been nonexistent. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating. The dealership was quick to take my money, but the follow-up service has been unacceptable. Even basic customer care was lacking—my sales agent didn’t take the time to properly go over the vehicle features with me. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this dealership. Bring a mechanic with you.
