I knew what the problem was with my washing machine and I asked him how much to replace the part. He wouldn’t tell me unless he comes and charges the service fee WHICH DOES NOT go towards his service when you choose to hire him. He literally came to the door, told me without touching anything what I already told him and asked for the service fee. Then got back to me later with a repair bill so high that it was absurd! Jerry is sleazy and I wouldn’t hire him at all! Stay away from him.

Would not recommend to any one. Very very expensive . Gave them the diagnosis to change the suspension rod . They charged me 160 for a 300 dollar washing machine . Attitude of the service person was either you buy a new one or repair if you don’t repair I need my 65 for coming here. when I diagnosed and brought my supplies .
