Very poor customer service . Sold us defective appliances . And now we are stuck , can’t cook our food or keep our groceries cold. They are terrible with communication and won’t come out to help us . we hired LG TO COME out and they took it apart AND EVERYTHING WAS AFTERMARKET INSIDE and told us it was bound to break at some point . Do NOT BUY

I bought a refrigerator from Sammy and Angel yesterday that I found on FB marketplace. Wow! What a great experience! They are SO nice, SO accommodating and the fridge was a great deal! They even delivered it same day AND offered a 30 warranty, which isn’t super common on FBM. Also, they do repairs and told us to contact them if we had any problems. 100% I would recommend them. 20/10!!!

Hi! Today I drove on hopes and dreams trying to find someone open to buy a washer and dryer because having 3 kids and my washer and dryer dying on me, it’s a NECESSITY to have. I didn’t wanna spend a fortune on a set. I was met with lots of closed appliance stores along Forsyth. However. This beautiful appliance store nestled in was open. And I was instantly welcomed and assisted. I was educated and was able to make an informed purchase off the education I was given on certain sets. I walked away today with a beautiful washer and dryer set and didn’t go broke doing so. Was offered delivery for free too! Came home. Hooked everything up. And I am back up and going again with a dryer that literally dries a set of towels within 20 mins. Crazy right? If I could give 500 stars, I would. I HIGHLY recommend if you need cost efficient, super effective, and great quality appliances, go here. Hands down. Thank you for the amazing hospitality, amazing service, and amazing washer and dryer!!! Literal life savers!

GREAT STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE! The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. I was.looking for something specific and they have a wide selection so had exactly what I needed. Their prices were fair, reasonable and competitive. Their delivery price was also very reasonable and were at my house to install within one hour after I made the purchase. The delivery driver was also very professional and experienced. He was in and out and figured out how to get it through a small door taking precautions not to cause any damage. When I purchase my next appliance, they will be the first I call and will be referring them to all my friends and family. I absolutely love my appliance. Thank you Kimgel!
