Ollie's Bargain Outlet

I shop at Ollie’s a lot, but I won't be returning to this location after my experience today. I purchased a mop, and when I got it home, it was missing the proper attachments. I drove all the way back to the store just to get what I paid for. The doors were wide open and other customers were walking right in, but an employee named Annette repeatedly shouted, "We're closed, we're closed, we're closed." I work in customer service myself. I know people get exhausted, and I know everyone hits a breaking point. We never know what someone else is going through. But store management needs to understand the severity of a complete lack of kindness. You don't know when a customer has also had a terrible day, spent their last dollar, and is just trying to fix a mistake the store made. To be met with that kind of harsh attitude when you are just trying to get what you paid for is deeply exhausting. I'm not writing this out of anger, but out of a genuine tiredness of being in a world that isn't kind. I just won't be shopping here anymore.

If you live close to one Ollie's store, check it out. Depending on your needs or hobbies, you can find some good deals. In my case is not worthy making the trip. I like gardening and the gardening stock they have is either low quality or too expensive. They have some very nice pots of different sizes but the prices are no particularly cheap, I will say they are more expensive than other places.

This store has almost everything you need. From bedding, miscellaneous household items to clothes. It has laminate flooring, carpet, kitchen utensils and supplies. They even have books for kids and adults. The store is always clean, but I cant say it is always organized.. exactly. They try and keep the isles organized but stuff still get put everywhere. They have great prices on most of their things. Just like any store, you have to know what something costs to know if it's a good deal. The staff is always friendly.
