I bought a washer and dryer set, the washer was not working properly, so I called Emilio, the owner. He wanted to send me another washer right away, just hours after installation, it was late on a Friday night, so I told him that I would wait until Monday. He made it a priority for me to get that equipment and Erik was very helpful, concerned for me to get satisfied with the product. Both washer and dryer work fine, and I saved a lot with this purchase. I love commitment and honesty. The only reason I don't give the 5 stars (I rarely do) is because of that first damaged washer, but they get 6 for responsibility. Good job!

Companies are tested when some goes wrong. I can tell you I am very satisfied with my purchase I purchased a refrigerator and the Ice Maker was not working and making a strange noise. They sent the technician to repair it in a very reasonable time frame and did the corrective repairs. For the money I believe it was great value . Very honest, friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are looking for appliances and dont want to pay retail and can live with not a perfect brand new used appliances this place is your place. There 60 day warranty is a peace of mind and they really stand behind it they took care of me. Time will tell but currently is been several weeks and the refrigerator is working excellent. Thank you Emilio and field staff for taking care of me we will be back for future purchases.

I am extremely disappointed I drove out of my way to another small town of Orlando. I purchased a washer dryer and refrigerator the same day and pay for delivery not to mention how they damage my door had many problems with the refrigerator however, after calling, Myra she did take an initiation to fix, but I told her I no longer want that refrigerator because it was being service too many times to be a reliable appliance with that statement. I did mention that I was having trouble with my dryer when I call the facility, which was a weekend day and a guy answered the phone. I let him know my issues and not once twice I’ve had to throw out all my food due to the damage of the refrigerator, fruits, soggy milk, spoiling, etc.he gave me his number and told me to text with pictures my dryer only worked on two settings so when they came out to deliver the new refrigerator, I mentioned it to the guy thinking that he was going to fix my dryer. He did go back in laundry came back up and says it’s fine I guess it’s a language barrier because none of the guys spoke English so I will say maybe it’s communication however within three months I’m out of a dryer and now the washer is taking its course. I do understand the 60 day warranty where I did mention and reached out with concerns on my appliances they were aware of my issues before my 60 days however, I did get to speak with the manager telling him about the dryer issue before the 60 days. I have the receipts of my phone conversation and text. He told me to turn it on. I did what he asked, and was told to let it run and call him back well just say I’m still waiting on him to answer. This is unreal because I now have a house full of dirty laundry. I’m a single mother and I spent my last to make sure I was prepared for my laundry to be cleaned at home now I have no money to wash or dry because I spent in one complete setting not to mention the refrigerated. It is leaking No instructions on how it work to take the piece out I come with receipts not lies. You can see where 2/8 months and their appliances break down so please I hope this is helpful because I truly say I feel I’ve been generously taking advantage of I waited before writing this review to see if they would reach back out and that never happened. I don’t do reviews, but I’m a single mom. This is a major loss and as a single mom, I’m working on things myself trying to get it worked out I completely took down the dryer to see if I could figure out what was wrong or if it was a piece I could repair on top of almost putting a hole in my finger. I had no idea what I was doing. I just put everything back together like this is unreal. Now I’m trying to figure out the refrigerator and it just made me upset that I was going through these issues I hope you can feel my frustration however, I will keep the one star there because customer service and the transaction was great. I won’t take that away from their I am convinced I have been scammed. The dryer did not even work three strong months. It only worked on two settings. I have a refrigerator here that is a leaking water on my floor. I don’t know how to take the pan out so so every three days I’m cleaning water up. I’m a single mom. I have dirty clothes everywhere and I already had called and made them aware of this problem to no prevail. I can’t afford a laundromat. That was the reason I paid upfront cash to make sure I had everything available purchased a part and it still doesn’t work don’t buy anything from this store. I would not tell you a lie I promise. i’m cleaning water every two days I have been scammed. I have not had the product five months washer dryer refrigerator. I’m looking into legal action now. Not to mention, they took a refrigerator oversize refrigerator that I had here they took with them. Guy said they could fix it isn’t that something and I’m left with garbage

These guys are running a VERY HONEST business. Bought a washer/dryer set from them months ago, washer started to have issues. We were a month past our warranty date so I came in to see if they can repair it for a fair price. The owner replaced our washer for FREE. I tried to give them money and they wouldn’t take it. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Emilio and Myda provide excellent customer service. They offer suggestions that suits exactly what we need. We bought the electric stove last December, and even though we initially had issues with the 1st one we bought, they took care and replaced the item with a better one. The other day our washer stopped working so we decided to visit their store yesterday, and see if we can find a good washer. We were not disappointed because Emilio immediately assisted us. Our washer was delivered same day. Highly recommend their store for a good and quality used appliances. Also, thank you Emilio and Myda for your assistance.
